Believe me, go to the YMCA and take a look at the people who are there working out, trying to lose weight, get healthy, etc. A vast percentage of them are NOT fit and thin. Nobody laughs at them, watches them, or makes fun of them. Most people are there to make themselves look better and feel better...not to judge others.
I have been to gyms where people are a bit shallow and seem to be there to see and be seen, but the YMCA facilities are filled with REAL people, working together for a common goal. They're all ages, shapes, and sizes.
One of my clients started out weighing 240 pounds...she is now 135 and looks and feels great. Don't be embarrassed...go to the Y and check it out!

Not a question, but a word of thanks for locking these danged anorexic questions from young girls who actually WANT to have this eating disorder.
There is NOTHING attractive about anorexia. It can KILL you and put your loved ones through hell. Is THAT...
what you really want?
Good grief! Eat healthy, eat sensibly, get enough exercise and be damned grateful that you can do so! There are thousands of children who would LOVE to have the choice to be healthy, but sadly, for them it is not an option.
