I've seen this question a couple of months ago, why do people keep thinking that he's dead? Josh Peck is alive as far as I know, he's just not as famous since Nickelodeon ended the Drake and Josh series. Especially since he cant sing like Drake, he isnt mentioned in the media as much.

From what I've read, wikipedia.com, alive and well - Josh Peck will star in a new movie called The Hearts of Men, which said to be released this year. DreamWorks Animation announced Josh Peck voiced Jerry Mouse in the movie version of Tom and Jerry.
