Jobs for 14 year olds?

Does anyone know places where 14 year olds can work? any specific restaurants or stores, or just in general?

Small businesses might hire you. You can also babysit, which is always fun.

But realize that there aren’t many jobs out there, and that with the recession and number of adults without work, most places are hiring adults.

haeve you searched around maybe try babysittin - look in shop windows or paperround - usually in the newspapers

or if you have school connexions advisor..

Usually jobs don’t hire until 16 years old. Here the only place that hires 14-15 year olds is Chik-fil-A. Other than that you can try finding parents that live around you that have younger kids that need babysitting. Maybe ask your parents if they’ll pay you for just doing house chores. It is very limited trying to find a job at 14

I’d ask in small privately owned shops, they might need some leaflets posted or help on a saturday morning.
