My favorite step sister is 10 and needs a job to help her mother with the house and stuff where could she find one at

1st of all your parents are supposed to be providers the child should have nothing to do with paying bills and stuff
And there are no jobs for 10 year old besides dog walking for this same reason!
10 year old aren't suppose to have jobs

Unfortunately, your stepsister is too young to get a real job. Last time I remember, you have to be at least 13 or 14 in order to be able to apply for even just a part time job. She can, however, do simple jobs. I'll give some examples:
-Dog walking
-Shovel sidewalks (for winter)
-Rake leaves
-Lemonade stand (not sure if those are that popular anymore, but it's worth a try)
