own.other than the library,what alternative job I can turn to,to apply for in brooklyn , new york at age 14.

You're lucky. We couldn't have anything but paper rounds and picking fruit/berries at 14. All the actual jobs started to open up at 16. You know where you can actually make minimum wage.

Hey I'm 14 and 15 in March but I can say that it will b almost impossible to get a job that young. Mostly all of the workers are 15 and older, plus you need a workers permit. Just wait till you are 15 like I am.
