How to get over my jealousy?

how to get over my jeolusy? iam a extremly jeoluse person I cant help it I wana know if theres any way I can get rid of it I know my boyfriend hates it

I have the exact same problem. some things I have tried to do is rememeber my boyfriend loves me and im his forever that helps. But I think it just takes time to get over it once you know he truelly will never hurt you it goes away

Oh...my...gosh... I have the same problems I mean how can I not be jealous when me & my boyfriend have a long distance and I get so jealous because I don't think its fair that other girls can be around him and I can't & most of my &his problems are because my jealousy and well the only way I get over it is when he says I love you or when he tell me how much I mean 2 him & actually he is really good at tellin when I'm jealous lol but just try 2 get over it and just know that he's with you for a reason hope I helped need anything just funmail me =)

im pretty sure everyone in this world is jealous of someone else...known fact.
I get jealous of other people quite frequently.
I dont go home and sit & cry and hope a random something will make me prettier.
I am one to say, I love when people make me jealous,
it gives me encouragement to strive harder.
this is kinda stupid but my friend has this beautiful blonde hair which is dyed, but that made me want to re create my image over the summer so I looked prettier than her or was recognized more.
bottom line, jealousy can be a good thing.

well if your jealous of your boyfriend having other girls that are friends.
you just have to think that hes dating you.
obviously he likes you,
he wouldn't be dating you if he didn't.
just remember he likes you not those other girls,they probably mean nothing to him.
