What does it feel like when jellyfish sting you?

What does it feel like when jellyfish sting you??? I'm really curious actually.

Hurts really bad! OW!

haha I've had some bad experiences with jelly fish considering I love to go to the beach. It hurts differently depending on the type of jellyfish, the ones that use their stinging for catching prey useally hurt less and the ones that use stining for a defence usually hurt a lot. If you've ever been bit by a spider it feels a lot like that, but think of a lot of those in a line. In many cases you will also most likley get a rash in the shape of a line from the tentacle.

Some are painless. A very few are so blindingly painfull that you can die from the shock that sets in. Most are very painful almost like a line of fire. DEFINITELY not pleasant.

Depending on what type of jellyfish. The mid-range ones will burn & sting wherever the tentacles touch your skin.
