Jealous of parents partner

Do any young people feel jealous of their mum / dads partner , how do you feel, and how would you like the situation to be solved ?

I'm assuming this is a follow up to your previous question, keep in mind though that your daughter is a lot younger than the kids on this website... at 5 it is a lot easier to adapt to a new person than it would be at 13 or 14...

hey it is normal, my mum and dad split when I was 6 an my dad got a new g.f and when I met her for the first time wouldnt speak 2 her and I wouldnt leave my dad alone I didnt like her going any where near my dad and I hated her!! but as time went on I met her a few more times I started 2 like her, an now there married so im just trying to say she will get use to him/her, it may take a long time an maybe she doesnt like the fact he tells her what to do as hes not her farther its really hard for another man to take on somebody elses child, my mum also met somebody and I hated him too, but as I got older I got more use 2 him now I love him 2 bits!!!

lealousy is just obvious.. my dad married in a second wife but she died last two years's it was just an illness.now his is trying to bring in another one but we the kid's are trying our best to know who she is becos he wouldn't tel us till a day to day wedding and it can be very embarrassing you know.
