Why do you need to do this. Be the bigger person and move on. There is no reason to make him jealous and it's childish to do so. You ex's for a reason and making him jealous wont change anything or help anything.

Don't try to make him jealous because he's going to think that you still like him and you want him back and he's going to be all "omg, I got this girl like that" and he's going to be alll happy making you jealous so the best thing to do is just when he's around just be happy and smile a lot and have fun then he's going to realize what he lost.
