Japanese soup and salad...

I'm sideways, but it's a good look of me with no makeup Asked by twilightlover 10 months ago, 1 answer.

I'm obsessed with the Japanese culture, so I try to learn everything that I can about it! Every time I go out and eat Japanese, they always serve this amazing soup. It's clear with mushrooms and stuff that looks like green onions, but it's full of...

flavor! What is the name of this soup and how do you make it???

I also always love the Ginger dressing that they put on the salads. I have went to the grocery store and tried to buy it, but it's horrible. What is the recipe for Ginger Dressing that tastes just like the Japanese Restaurants???

Thanks ahead of time!!! happy

Its called miso soup. You wanna make it huh =)

Most supermarkets should sell small packets of dashi stock, which basically constitutes the flavoring of the soup. Add mashed soybeans (preferably Japanese style) and boil everything together with vegetables...its really easy.

Dont know about the ginger dressing sorry =)
