well I dont know the name but watch the movie kill bill cause it has got some music by this japenees group of teenagers who are realy good, hope I helped

My favorite Japanese punk band is Brahman. If you're looking to discover new music, I would def recommend HearJapan. Browse their electro and electropop section and you will find tons of goodies!
