okok first off yah your prob. haven't developed sperm yet..you will soon if your 13(I assume) but yah when you first get your 'wet dream' then you will have started to develope sperm...so in other words... enjoy not having to clean up a mess XD

Premature ejaculation has to do with the length of time a man lasts before ejaculation, not whether or not fluids are released. That's not the right terminology.
