Why can't i lose weight?

Me surfing in Oahu Asked by oceanh3ro about 1 year ago, 4 answers.

Ok so I've been trying to loose weight but im not loosing much weight at the moment ):
I need to loose around 13 pounds in 26 days... I believe that ill be able to do this but I dont no any good exercise
my question is does anyone no any good...

exercises to loose weight from my stomach and my thighs? or just a great way to loose weight FAST ?

if off there is not fast way to lose weight... by over working yourself you are just hurting yourself... you will actually lose more weight by eating small meals during the day and drinking a lot of water... can cant starve yourself because that will just make you gain wait, because you arent working your metabolism... and it is very unhealthy... the key isnt to starve yourself it is to have balance eat lots of fruits and fiber try to stick to whole grains and wheat... and just dont eat junk foods... also dont eat anything two hours before you go to bed... o you might want to look into what should be your healthy body weight... you might not need to lose a lot of weight you might just want to tone your body... get some excerise but dont over work youself... I take a kickboxing class and it is amazing it helps tone many parts of the body... if you really work at it you will see results... I hope that I helped...

Your cut off time at night depends on when you go to bed because you don't use as many calories when your sleeping so food is more likely to become fat. Dieting will make you lose way more weight then exercise so worry more about your diet. A good overall exercise for you could be running though.
