I've got a weight question...

what are some good excersizes that loose the lovehandlesand big thighs and how long should I do/hold them for??

You should do a lot of crunches and sit ups. You must also run, jog, or any other cardiovascular activity that gets you to sweat. For you thighs, I would do leg lifts and squats. You should do them every other day and will receive results within the first 8 weeks of exercise. Eating a balanced diet will also aid you in your goals.
