Itunes/iphone help

I have the iphone and I have 307 songs on it but my moms computer crashed and all the music is gone and I need an update for my phone but if I do the update it deletes aqll my music and pic!!! What to do? And my bro showed me just to go to my comp. Then...

under devices with removable storage it should have my phone there and just click on it and transfer them over but my phone only shows up as a camera and not a device with removable storage!!! Nedd sooo much help
