Just go to apple.com download itunes...if you need a password to do that...then, your parents have probably locked you out of being able to do so...and you'll need to talk to them.
If not, then, just follow the instructions at apple.com it's pretty simple. My son can install his own apps after getting itunes on his computer he's 8
