Itchy + chapped skin

hello my vigina had been itchy for about a week and I now have sore chapped skin around me hole. So when I have sex it hurts becasue it is streching.

it could in fact be due to that espically if you were a virgin, or if the man you're with is fairly well endowed.

Vulval skin conditions (that is outside the vagina, vaginal itching, affecting the internal vagina is a different thing and can sometimes be hard to diagnos)

* Excessive vulva washing
* Chemical allergy
* Feminine product allergy
* Latex allergy - from latex condoms
* Soap allergy
* Bubble bath allergy
* Douche allergy
* Eczema
* Psoriasis
* Threadworm
* Crab lice
* Leukoplakia
* Skin cancer

Skin can also become dry and flaky, rough or reddened if there is lack of moisture but you could have also aggravated the skin by excessive washing with harsh soups and other products.
Wear only 100 % cotton underwear! (avoid nylon and other syntetic underwear)
Wear loose fitting clothing or even skirts with no underwear
Wear no underwear during night
Wash your wagina with gently with plain warm water
Avoid deodorants and oils down there
Use non deodorant tampons, also non deodorant toilet paper
If using condoms, use rather plain (not flavoured)
