Itching and discharge

Im 31 years old this year, for the last 7 months the aerola of my both breasts started itching unbearably, also I noticed a drip or two on myleft nipple.
Should I be concern?

Discharge from a/both nipple/s can be an indication of breast cancer, however, itching is not a recorded symptom of breast cancer so it could be something else, or totally unrelated. However, a rash on the breasts (which could be itchy) IS a recorded symptom, so if you have a rash it is very likely that you have breast cancer I'm afraid.
If it's possible that you a pregnant I would say this is more likely.
In any case it's very important that you get checked out for breast cancer.
