I haven't been pregnant, but the only way for you to find out is to take a test. If your period doesn't come by next Wednesday, pick one up =) It's the only way to know for sure.

ya, I know a test is really the only way to know, my period is never on time though since I went off bc. So we will c when it actually happens.

I would wait it out and see if your cycle is not dependable. General abdominal cramps could be premenstrual

Well, I have 3 children and I have never had stomach pains and I have also never heard of anyone having lower abdominal pains. But, there's always a possibility because every woman is different.
