Isn't there someway to control who you like?

There has to be someway to stop feeling something for a person you like, right? Because I don't want to get hurt, I can't. I've been hurt too much the past few years and I just want to stop liking this person.

Make a concious decision to put the brakes on...that doesn't mean you can't like this person to a certain degree...just that you're not going to go head over heels...at least until you make another concious decision to do so.

tell one of your girls to tell you all the bad things about this person and hopefully you'll stop yourself because there is no you that can do that except for yourself

haha I already know all the bad things about him, hes my ex and we kind of want to be back together but I'd rather not feel anything. Hes told me he feels stuff for me, but im so afraid of getting hurt.
