Confirmed, died today in his Tennessee home.

He was okay I guess, not really that funny.. but then again he wasn't a comedian. He was a singer/actor.

I liked his voice in his songs and as Chef. I was sorry to see him go from South Park, but he was upset over some of the episodes.
Chef wasn't funny as much as a mentor to the kids, and yes, I think he was hypocritical. It was fine to poke fun at religions - as long as it wasn't his. But that is probably the mind-set of many who have deeply held thoughts.
