Is yellow ugly??

Is yellow a really ugly colour??

Some people say yes
and other say no..

*yellow is one of my favourite colours...makes me feel a little happy

its not ugly, I like yellow its a happy color =)

It's not ugly...actually I saw like a show on mtv or something like a week or two ago ant they said yellow is in. lol...I don't know why I pay attention to stuff like that.

It's a strange thing with yellow. It seems to start when we're kids... we leave the yellow and orange jelly beans and hope that someone else eats them. I garden a lot and talk to many other gardeners, and yellow seems to be the most unpopular if not the most hated color of flower. Yet real estate research shows that houses with yellow flowers at the front sell much faster than houses with other colors in the front.

I wonder if its that yellow by itself is considered too gaudy, too intense, too bright? I've seen rooms where yellow is the main color and oh wowww... the've been gorgeous. I've never had the courage to do it myself though.

I think even mustard yellow is pretty in the right surroundings. I think the only time a color is especially ugly is when it is associated with something else we think is gross. For example, yellow may be gross to some people because they associate it with the smell of pee. I painted the inside of my apartment yellow, and I love it. I think I'm in a better mood more often.

I don't think it's ugly unless it's that dark musturd clored yellow. I love bright yellow though. My favorite sweats that I always wear are yellow.
Yellow is kind of hard to match with clothes though.
