yesterday at school I was really cold and my whole body hurt my head, legs , arms stumach, fingers, toes. is this the flu? or something else

Sounds like flu type symptoms. Do you have any fever? Drink lots of fluids, water/juice, vit C, take it easy, if you have a temp over 102 or so take 2 tylenol will help with the aches and lower temp. If after 4 days or so if symptoms are still getting worse go see the Dr.
