Is this sexual harassment?

Once in a while, my guy cousin flirts with me...
he rubs my back and pokes me from behind, there are even times when I'm lying on the bed and he jumps on top of me and moans..

I don't know, because he's my cousin. could this be just a friendly thing like joking around or is it sexual harassment?

He may be joking but if it is making you feel uncomfortable then you need to tell him to stop. If that does not work go to your parents right away!!!

first of all it depends on how much older he is than you and just tell him you dont like it and if he refuses just tell your parents

your cousin should respect you in the first place.. why would he do that?

Nine times outa ten he's just joking. My cousins did stuff like that. Nothing bad about it either. But if he does it a lot of the time, then he may not be joking and that's when you tell him to stop or tell your or his parents.

well he might just b playing, but he might not on the other way , if you feel uncomforable tell him to stop, if he dont I recomed you go and tell your parents before something bad happends, theres a lot of cases were gurls get raped by their on relatives so be alone with him and just remember if your uncofortable the way he does it and if he does it a lot tell him 2 stop.
