no! there designes to grow hair...if all of your hair is on your haid then don use it...because theres no more hair that could grow...your head dosnt just sprout new hair folicals...you dont know what could happen if you use hair growth stuff on a head that has all of its hair, you might even loose some. its a stupid idea so dont do it!
