Is this right?

My husband thinks or says its okay 4 him to go out with friends on the weekend while I stay home with the kids I know 4 a fact is that guys getting together is bad news what should I do im not the babysitter im the parnt and the other half isint done...

First off, there's going to be a difference in the advice here if he thinks or says it's ok for him to go out and not you.

Secondly, guys getting together is not always bad news. It depends on the guy, and/or his circle of friends. My partner goes out to have fun but safe poker nights with his guy friends. Has your husband given you any evidence to show that he's up to no good when he's out?

Lastly, no marriage/relationship is happy without communication, maturity, and compromise. Have you tried telling your husband that you are unhappy of his outings while you play babysitter at home? Have you told him that you'd like to go out yourself sometimes? Have you tried to compromise and alternate babysitter/parental duties on different weekends, or maybe hire a babysitter or get the grandparents to let the kids stay over for a night or two? Try talking to him about it (and don't put him down about his outings), I'm sure he's not a total nutter who thinks women's rightful place is in the kitchen!
