The chances are VERY low. If the girl is seeing a doctor during her pregnancy, the doctor will usually notice something that could threaten her life before it get's to that point and take the neccasary actions.

This is the MAIN reason why young teens have to tell their parents they are pregnant and see a doctor. There are several things that any pregnant woman can go through that can cause death if not treated by a professional.

Yes, it is possible for anyone, not just 13yo to have life threatening complications when they get pregnant. A 13yo is more likely to have problems because their body hasn't finished growing. They are smaller physically, and their body systems are on overdrive with growth spurts and puberty, and then you add a baby to the mix.
