Your only 13 years old. That kind of behavior isnt going to get you a boy. Its only going to make you look desperate easy. Hes already said no to going out with you, so dont go throwing yourself at him hoping he'll change his mind. Not every boy you like is going to be attracted to you. When someone doesnt like you back, you just have to accept it, and stop trying to force it.
