Is this heat rash?

my whole uppder chest [mostly my boobs?!?] are all red and itchy..I ended up itching so bad that its left red spots..
is it heat rash?

its deifnitely warm out, and I WAS tanning earlier. but that was this morning, and I was fine untill now..

I went for a long walk then had the same thing on my chest and it is a heat rash it will go away becaus ei got it befor and dint know what it was so I went to the dr and there tould me that it was ok just try not to get it anymore red because ifs its bad it can turn to sun parson

Unless you are using different soaps to wash with or do laundry in or other products you don't normally use or wearing cheap jewlery that hangs low on your chest then it is most likley HEAT RASH DON'T itch!!! Get some Aaveno lotion or another anti itch cream. Good Luck
