People fall into three categories :Ecktomorphs (Thin or slender) Mesomorphs (Average
structure) and Endomorphs (Bigger bone mass, thick build) Additionally genetics plays a big role, as we are each a product of those from whom we descend.
If you take two women of same age and hight, they can weigh 20lbs different and neither would be called obese, or skinny...Maybe one has developed breasts at an earlier age, maybe one is active in swimming...climate, diet, culture, race, and a host of other factors make us who we are. 5'5 1/2 and 128 lbs is not fat, or anywhere near it.
Your BMI tells the story...you are probably fit, and exercise a lot. MEAT weighs more than fat...if you have good muscle tone...you can weigh more, and appear thinner than someone who does not exercise as much. You have nothing to worry about.

Ok I checked my bmi and it was 20.1 I'm 5'5 1/2 and weigh 128 lbs. It said I could weigh 115 and be healthy is this ok?
