Is this healthy?

Breakfast: rice krispies

Lunch: brown bread, tuna and lettuce sandwich

Dinner: lamb chop, stuffing, gravy, and some veg with mint sauce.

Snack: a couple of grapes.

Is that healthy for today?
I'm gunna go crunches in an hour or so.

want to lose some weight.
How long will it take me to lose about 10 pounds with that diet??
- most of my dinners will be much healthier than that

well ... it might be heathier to eat and apple a day. you know what they say an applea day keeps the doctor away ... 3 apples aday is suppose to help you lose weight... also try more sugar free stuff like if you eat jell-o try Sugar free or fat free, try to make and exersising plan , keeps a notebook and keeps track of your weight every week same day and same time , if you feel like eating something sweet try sugar free lolli- pops it works for a lot of people, write down EVERYTHING you eat, to get use to this get some of your friends to do it with you so you dont get left out, people get healthier by doing this to so good luck and goodbye ... from danielle

Your diet sounds good.
Make sure you do some sort of aerobic exercise, like running or swimming, for at least 20 minutes every other day.

Don't do too much too fast, because you can hurt yourself.

Also, if you're drinking soda--STOP! Soda is TERRIBLE for you and contains about 300 kcal a can.

If you really like soda, switch to diet--it's pretty good.

I would try to change the rice-krispies to an egg white omlet or some high protein and fiber cereal!
