Is a bmi of 19.7 normal?

I'm 13
I'm 9 stone (57.1526 kg)
I'm 5ft 7inc tall

my bmi is 19.7

is 19 bad or good??

please I'm worried!

I think the average BMI for your height is 20 to 23 which is good.You are close to that.

You're at a good weight. The average bmi is 18.5-25 happy

So no need to be worried!

I dont really know for shure but you can ask your doctor he can tell you because bmi is not always right because muscle weighs more then fat so someones thats superfit is probably over their bmi if you think you have a problem you can always get involved in sports or something to keep active and eat healthier because I dont no anyone that eats super healthy all the time
