Is this accurate?

I went to this site and it said put in your mesurments for your bra size, and I put them in and it said I was a 10B and im nerly 13, in 8 months and I can bearly fit into a AA cup and I still wear training bras. but I put in these measuring: 70cm...

under breasts, 75 around bust.

so is this right or wrong? also isthere a good place to get bras in australia?

That's nearly 2 inches, which does make it a B (are you sure you've measured it right?). You might actually want to get fitted when you go in to get a bra
