Is this a job?

I am a house wife.. No kids. I cook, clean, do laundry, lawn work, dust, mop, clean windows, vaccume, do dishes. I have a hater on here who is saying I should help pay bills. Were not struggling for money. He makes 1-3 thousand a week we have 10 thousand in the bank (heratance from my grandma) He says its not my place to work. I am trying to get pregnet and I have never had a job. My mom never worked either( a job outside the home) I never worked other than a whole day at Mc Donalds and it was so disgusting! So anyway give me your advice on this please.

You have a job. You are the CEO/CFO of a nice size company. Don't let others pressure you to compromise your position by distracting you from doing what your husband has asked you to do. If he is happy with the job you are doing, do it with a happy heart.

well! A house wife is fun. although a job may sound horrible its really not! you get money and you have something to do . if your having a rough time it gets your mind off of things.
I say apply at a store with clothing for older woman youl socialize and get paid theres not much to do other than change clothes when you get new ones. or a jewlery store
It makes your day go by faster. If you dont like the job then apply elsewhere. mcdonalds is a gross environment and def not fun. VEry tiring. you can applyat a movie theater for a manager position. good luck melissa!

Well, yes what you described is definitely work. Too bad we don't get paid for it. It's no one else's business if you stay home. You are the master of your domain. Anyway, it's probably people who are jealous that they can't do the same. Don't worry about it.

Being a good housewife is a full time job. Keep your hubby happy and don't worry about what others say.

DAMN STRAIGHT THAT'S A JOB!! Your hater can now kiss the asses of all the women and half the men in the world. What the hell do they do that's so great?? You are working. You cook, clean, and soon will probably have a child to raise. I see my mother work day in and day out cleaning, cooking, scrubbing, and raising ME. Hell, that can be stressful. If you don't want to work, you don't have to. You're basically doing the work of a maid. And being a maid is a job. Do what you do and as for whoever your hater is: UP YOURS.
