I wouldnt think this situation is healthy.
although its apparently better to weight less because of the lifting and stuff in ballet
(its easier and quicker!)
but really, she shouldnt be so strict on your diet
id say thats kind of forcing you to be aware of your weight, and keep it down
and young healthy people who constantly focuss on there weight isnt good!
you can be over 100lbs and still be perfectly healthy

I'm 16, a little over 5 foot 1, and ballet is my life! My ballet teacher is really strict about my size. She does not want me hit 100 lbs. I'm a few pounds under that- is that healthy? Is this situation healthy?
