Is this a good poem?

(it;s called~ A Day too Soon.

it was 3:00 AM,
while I was still asleep.
silence murmered through the house,
but the silence didn't keep.
the phone soon gave a deadly ring;
I knew something was wrong.
who calls at 3:00 AM?
my suspense didn't...

last very long...
I heard a sob, then a cry
so I got out of bed.
my mother looked me in the eye,
and said that grandpas' dead.
I felt horror flood me,
as tears streamed down my cheek.
like a man without a voice;
I knew I couldn't speak.
now were at his funeral,
and it's hal fpast noon.
I want to tell grandpa I love him,
but he left a day to soon.

ps- I know m ypunctuation and grammer and stuff was off, but please rate me on this poem. my grandpa was a big part of my life. god rest his soul. please comment. thx

you should keep writing and write from your heart everytime (like you did with this poem) and you'll find the poems/stories (or whatever you write) will be good
