Sounds good but you seem to be missing out on your vegtables and fruits. Try to incorporate differnt types of fruits and not just grapes. To add vegtables consider having it mixed in with your beef and noodles or give them flavor with dips. Otherwise your meal seems very healthy. Oh, to make it better make sure your noodles and bread in the sandwich are whole grain.
Note: this is not healthy to have EVERY day, make sure you switch up the food.

I'm 6 foot and weigh 200 and I'm 10 percent bodyfat. Is this a good diet to gain muscle?
