I was thinking about getting my girlfriend name tattoo on my neck? am 14. am pretty sure I can talk my mom into letting me. I really love my girlfriend. I think it will last forever. what ya think?

Not a good idea at all. You are only 14 and you have a long life ahead of you. I know you may think you will last forever, but people do mature and grow apart. However, if you just have to do it, wait a couple of years (atleast make it to adulthood) and see how the relationship is going.

I wanted to get a guys name tatt'd on me when I was 15...lol...Im so happy that I didnt because we broke up after 3 years and now Im 21 and with a better person.

Make it a temporary tattoo - you can get it permanent down the road - sorry but your odds here are not in your favor...Take care !!

awww that's so sweet but remember tats are very difficult to remove later on when your relationship sizzles out ( not saying it will) :-P

if you do decide to go ahead with the tats, don't select the colourful ones because its a nightmare to remove when you dont want it and dont forget it cost more to have them removed than having it done !!!

1, its ILLEGAL for a 14 year old kid to get tattooed
and at your age, you need to realsie that you and your girlfreind probably wont be with each other forever
your extreemly young
the most regreeted tattoos that people get are peoples names other than family
(lovers, bfs, gfs, friends)
and band names/symbols
and I doubt you want to be 20 years old with the name of your ex permanantly stuck on your neck
if and when you end up getting a new girlfreind or getting married to another girl, she certanly wont like you with a tattoo of an ex
