Q: Is thinking about starting a family weird ?

A: It's not weird at all - your completely normal. Although you need to be mature enough to realize that now is not the time for either of those things, you are still young, not even in a relationship, etc.

A: I agree with mandyloo entirely. There is nothing wrong with it, but you need time and experience to justify it in a way. I look at thoughts like those at your age as being quite mature. A lot of people at your age are running around wanting casual sex and other such things. Think of your thoughts as things that will build you into a good and caring character in the future. Just give yourself time and get to know even yourself a bit better. I'm only 19, but love my girlfriend to death and so ideas like those have crossed my mind and I don't feel weird about them, so why should you? I think aspirations like those are positive, so good on you :)!

A: it not that weird. but yea, just a tad. but its not weird. guys think about all that stuff al the time. maybe not the marriage part. but they think about sex a lot. from what I've heard, anyway.
