Is there something wrong?

I ran a bit the other day and found it very hard to catch my breath I was paniking quite a bit it doesnt usually happen it has a few times ? Help

Could be allergies

I dont think I have any allergies, my friend think it might be asthma I dont no though :/

u have asthma and ma chest gose weezy and sometimes you can't breath you cough badley and you find it hard to run somtimes

if you have em then you have asthma go to the doctors to see

ifyou have health insurance- go to the doctor where they can do tests to confirm. if so, it doesn't mean you won't be able to run, but you may need an inhaler for occasional use.
