You don't want to not eat anything.. you'll just gain more weight that way. Yeah, maybe you'll lose a few vanity pounds. Then what? You start eating again and you gain all the weight back, if not more than before. Of COURSE you're having urges.. your body is telling you that you're starving it and it needs food! You already know that you can't starve yourself for the rest of your life. When you start eating again, your body is already freaked out, and will store more fat than usual, causing you to gain a lot more weight.
Don't starve yourself. Go about losing weight in a healthy way.
That's the whole point of meal replacement shakes. Try em.
Not eating isn't the answer to losing weight! You could die!!!
Eat 4-6 small meals a day
Drink 8 glasses of water
And make sure to get some protein in those 4-6 meals. You won't enjoy being skinny if you'll never live to be it.
water fills you up for a short while and its calorie free so its all good! it dosent fill you up for long but can do for a short while!

You don't want to eat ANYTHING?
Like...anorexia? Which will kill you, but before that, it will actually make you FATTER for awhile because your metabolism slows and your body keeps the fat on itself so it can survive. For as long as possible.
Then, you'll get skinny. Right before you die.

I am trying not to eat anything, but I always have urges. I was wondering if there was anyway for me to drink something that would fill me up. Something with little to no calories.
