Hi,

Well, there are three exams.

Computer Hardware

Computer Software

Using an Operating System

You can open a pdf here which tells you all of the topics covered. Its difficulty would depend on how comfortable and knowledgeable you are with the topics.

Here are some tips when taking the test:

-Make sure to read all the questions carefully. Some of them are a little tricky.

-Wait till it states 'Answer Complete' before you click on 'Next Question'.

-Make sure to do the review at the end to see if you answered all the questions. Sometimes it doesn't record your answer so you'll have to go back and answer them again.
