Is the condom supposed to look like this?

My boyfriend always puts the c*ndom on right, he holds the tip and then rolls it down. However, when we have s*x and he pulls out (it doesn't matter if he came or not) the c*ndom is still on but the end of the c*ndom is really streched out as if the c*ndom is slipping off but it is still acctually on. Is this normal and does it have anything to do with the fact that he isn't circumsized?

The condom just might be shifting since he isn't circumcised. As long as the condom stays on, it should not be a problem. If the condom ever seems like it is really slipping off him, then you can look for smaller condoms that will fit on him more snuggly.

Always make sure he takes the condom off after he ejaculates. If you two want to continue having s*x after he ejaculates, throw that condoms away and get a new one.
