Is ripstiking better than ab excersises

before I got my ripstik I could grab my stomact?? fat and now I have my ripstik I cant any explanations???

Dude, I have absolutely no idea what a ripstik is. But if its exercise then heres two possible explanations:

1) When you do an exercise you like and enjoy doing, you're more likely to stick with it and do it often
2) Doing crunches/situps only tones the muscle under your ab fat. You'll still have the layer of fat under it. You'll have to actually burn body fat to make them show.
