Is oral sex still sex?

I've wondered this a few times, and heard people say different things. What is your opinion? Is giving head / blow job / oral sex still counted as sex? Do you lose your virginity if you have oral sex?

it is sex. oral SEX but you don't loose your virginty since you don't have a penis going in you and poppinn your cherry.

okay. well to begin with, sex doesnt actually mean sexual intercorse sex is actually just the all rounded experience of a relationship wether it be touching hands hugging or kissing or whatever that is sex relationships is sex.

Also, the term' to have sex' has been changed by todays teens to often mean sexual intercourse only.

This is incorrect. All these things are part of having sex. Having a penis in your vagina is correctly known as Sexual Intercourse.

Sexual Intercourse just falls under the heading of sex along with all the above.

Basically, there are many different types of sexual acts but all of them come under the same heading as having sex.

You cant lose your virginity, but you can get STDs If you swallow. SO BE CAREFUL!
I wouldn't consider it sex.

You dont need to swallow to get STD's from Oral Sex (BJ's)

You can get an STD just by putting a penis in your mouth. You can also catch HIV and hepititis this way.

Many people are unaware of the risks of oral sex.
