Honey I'm 5'3 and I weigh 140. Every body type is different and proportions are different, and chances are you're small-framed. I would suggest to put on a little weight, because the 'healthy' standard for us 5'3' women is 125-135. That being said, you may be close to this range and still be healthy, but if you're really worried consult a nutritionist or a doctor! It's important to keep healthy
I've been battling eating disorders for a very long time so I understand weight obsessions. Hang in there and remember that the word 'normal' is so limiting... differences are what make people great

im thinking thats definitely below normal...but then again I know nothing about your proportions. I am about 5'2 to 5'3 and people started worrying about my weight when I dropped to 113 lbs. but I have a lot of curves that add to my weight. so it probably all depends on your proportions. talk to a doctor, or at the least consult a healthy body weight calculator on the internet.
of course, if your ribs stick out from the rest of your body, ya definitely need to do something about it.
