Is my weight normal for my age and height?

I am a female and I'm 14 years old. I am 5'7 and I weigh 150 pounds. Is that normal??? Or should I watch what I'm eating and stuff? I don't look like I weigh 150 but I do and I don't like it. I want to look not heavy and small and be that on the scale 2.

your weight is definatley normal since you r so tall I am alittle over 140 pounds and I am 5'5 and nonoe would ever say or thinki look fat. so dont worry your in a healthy weight range and probely look great. dont concentrate so much on the scale you might have a lot of musscle mass which weighs more then fat just concentrate on how you look in the mirror and if you think you need som improvements eat less junk food and sweets and stick to whole grains nuts eans lean meats fruits and vegtables as well as exercise ! go luck!

If you don't feel happy about your weight, simply eat healthier, and exersise an hour a day if you have the time. If you don't, join an after-school sport.

But don't worry, I've seen worse.

its normal but if you think your weight is a problem to your health and to have self confidence then try exersising evryday at least 30 mins and soon your will feel better about your self

im 13 years old, I weigh 95 pounds and im 5'4 1/2. is that normal ? people say im skinny and all but I dont feel like its normal at all.
