WELL IT DEPENDS ON HOW LONG THEY WERE MATIN IF YOU PULLED THEM APART BEFORE THEY BARLEY STARTED THEN SHE MIGHT NOT BE BUT IF THEY WERE DOING IT FOR A WHILE THEN MABY SHE IS. iF SHE IS PREGNANT KEEP HER IN THE HOUSE FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS IN 5 MONTHS SHE SHOULD DELIVER ABOUT 6-8 BABIES. BY THE WAY I KNOW ALL THIS BECAUSE MY RABBIT WAS PREAGNANT A FEW YEARS AGO.

I just copied and pasted this from a rabbit site...

The average gestation period for rabbits is 31 days; however, it can vary from 29 to 35 days.
Does should be pregnancy checked 14 days after mating. If not pregnant, they can be re-bred immediately. If a doe exhibits kindling (or birthing) tendency 18 to 22 days after mating it is a good sign of false pregnancy. Ovulation in domestic rabbits is induced by the act of mating. If egg cells are not fertilized, false pregnancy occurs.
Shortly before kindling, the doe will line the nest box with fur plucked from her body. Clean and disinfected nest boxes should be placed with the doe three days before she is due to kindle or when fur pulling is observed. Remove the nest box when rabbits are two weeks old.
rabbits should be removed. Excess young can be transferred to a foster mother.
Bunnies should be weighed at 21 days to judge the doe's milk production and the offspring growth potential. Each bunny should weigh approximately 385 grams.
The young can be weaned at 4 weeks, but they may remain with the doe until 8 weeks.

Well if she is pregnant on the 14th day after they mated you can palpate(feel the does abdomen). On the 24-27 day put in a nest box for kindling(giving birth), the nest box should be twice the size of the doe.29-35 days after mating you should have baby bunnies, if after 35 days and the doe has not given birth she probably will not. Other signs of a pregnant doe can be(this can also happen in a false pregnancy) she will start to pull fur from her upper body to line the nest she will also gather hay straw or whatever you put in with the doe to make a nest with. She will also become lazy, eat a lot + drink a lot she may become slightly aggressive toward you lastly she will become prtective of her stomach. For first time rabbits giving birth she may have stillborn babies, cannabolize them, try to pull them out of her(resulting in streched babies) or have them on the wire of her cage. After the babies are born you may look in the box and take out all dead babies(this can be horrible) sometimes they may have penuts witch can live but you have to kill them because they are not healthy and may or may not endanger the rest of the young. If all are healthy and are being fed congratulations on bringing baby bunnies into the world!!!

well take it from a farm kid from iowa. I use to raise rabbits (standard Rex) 99% chance she's pregnant. Rabbits are very fertile and very fast at reproducing, in about two weeks you should be able to feel if she is pregnant. Take her in the house in a couple of weeks with a birthing box and straw or hay, she will nest and pull out hair to line the nest with. Be careful when holding the babies they jump all over the place but they are usually pretty tough. Good Luck
