My girlfriend is 15 and I'm 17 years old and we have been out for almost 11 months now. The problem is, I just got my new job and we're argueing about money. I took her places sometimes and I bought her a lot of things and I told her that I need to save...

my money into my account so I can buy things I need like new pair of sneakers, driver's license, my car, etc. But she disagreed and said I'm selfish, all I think about is myself, I don't know how to make my girlfriend happy, etc. I was offended of some of the things she said to me and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with her. So what do you think? Is she a golddigger? Should I stay with her? Thanks!

drop her, jeez she seems to be the selfish one. you didnt have to buy her nething. its yur money and u need to do whatever you need to do with it. tell her to get her own job if she wants something. jeez

I am with nvofeasrn on this one. You do need to drop her. It's your own money and you can do anything that you want with your own money. I can tell she is the one that is so selfish.If she wants money also, she needs to get her own job. Because you didn't have to buy her anything. You really have to buy nothing for her. Shes definately selfish, it sounds like shes in it for the things. Relationships arent about buying things for eachother its about the LOVE. I think shes a gold digger.

A realtionship isn't about how much money you have. MONEY shouldn't matter unless you're living together... married or something... at this age... she doesnt need it... you're young... only get her things on holidays (her bday... christmas)..
