Is my boyfriend scared of me?

I've been dating this guy for almost 3 months and weve kissed and cuddled but never made out. I've asked him about it multiple times and he says he wants to but then when we go in the movies he totally avoids it. is he just not attracted to me? is he scared to make out? or do you think were too young to be making out? I dont want to push him into doing something hes not ready to do but weve been together for a while and I feel ready, maybe I should just leave him alone about it but I really dont know how to handle this situation.

I wud say that this guy feels thatrhe's rushing it he wants to slow down to make sure you both are making the right choice, I wud be grateful to say I have a man who wants to wait instead of rushing me to have sex with him, give him some time to come around, rememember GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT

Why are you waiting for him? You may also initiate the making out. Meybe your insticts are stronger than his, so start to do what you feel of it whould be good for you. If he protests you may stop your action.

maybe he doesn't want to make out in public. I wouldn't want to makeout in the movies.

na, seems to me like he is scared. Probably never made out before and doesn't know what he's doing. lol, I had the same problem when I was younger. I bit the girls toung, ha ha.
